Geomod’s team in Lyon offers a hotline for clients under annual support contract. This hotline allows you to ask technical questions using water modelling software we propose. You can send an email anytime or use the phone line from 9.00 am to 12.00 am and from 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
By phone or email, Geomod commits to give a first answer in 48 hours and find an appropriate as quickly as possible.
Geomod is an accredited training organization
Its allows our client to define a training agreement in order to get a partial or total financial support by an OPCA (Organismes paritaires collecteurs agréés).
In order to perfectly match our clients’ needs, we prefer to organize customized training sessions. On the basis of a general agenda, we set together you goals and propose you the appropriate modules to your specific needs.
We propose our training session in our office in Lyon or in yours.
Training sessions are made for 4/5 people maximum in order to ensure the best quality of service. Our aim is to be able to interact with each trainee and for them to properly use the software.
