The Lyon based Geomod team provides, for clients under contract maintenance, a hotline for all technical support questions related to the use of land geomatics software. You can send an email at any time or use the phone line from 9h to 12h and 13h to 17h.
Whether by mail or phone, Geomod is committed to give a first response within 2 working days and find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Training
Geomod is an approved training organization
This makes it possible to set up training agreements so that financing is totally or partially supported by an OPCA (accredited collection organism).
General or personalised training
Geomod offers training on its land geomatics software. These trainings can be general or customised to best meet the needs of our clients. In this case, we review your objectives together and we offer training modules corresponding to your needs for the use of the software.
The training can take place in your premises or in ours, at your convenience.
The training sessions are limited to 4/5 people maximum to ensure the quality of services and that each participant can interact correctly with the software at the end of the training.
Webinars
With the participation of the CSTB, Geomod offers webinars on its land geomatic software, in particular MithraSIG.
These webinars are provided by the team of Geomod who presents, via screen sharing, the use of software while answering the questions of the participants.
